For the second time in my life I have been laid off – the first time was from my first job on a farm when I got laid off for the winter 42 years ago.
Oh well such is life – time to move on – I like a challenge; but first a holiday.
Mary has lined up a number of jobs around the house that I have not had time to do before – and she wants them all done next week.
Then 2 weeks in Las Vegas – that should be fun, we have already booked seats for Celine Dion
Then it’s find a job time and studying for a few exams while I am looking.
I have two good incentives to get a job – 1. the mortguage; 2. Mary has told me I can upgrade my bike to the new model Deauville if I am back in work by the end of July
