Today I celibrate my 60th birthday
I do not feel 60; some say I do not look 60; but then I do not know what 60 is supposed to look like.
I started the day by riding my Duville the 54 miles to work, as usual trying hard to make it behave and keep to the limits; as usual it was an enjoyable ride.
So to anyone else out there who was born on this day, particularly those like me who were the first in the UK to have the benefit of the NHS,
