At a recent family get together my brother, Brian, announced that he intends to do several things to mark his 65th year including the London to Brighton bike ride and a motorcycle trip of some 2000 miles visiting the four ‘corners’ (furthest North, South, East and West) of the UK mainland.

Guess who said yes when asked if he would go along on both events.

I am looking forward to the four corners ride but not so much the London to Brighton, although I have started  to ride a bike in preparation for that; my backside is killing me.
