Getting ready for the UK four corners motorcycle tour that my brother, Brian, and I are doing at the last two weeks of April, I have made a couple of modifications to the Deauville.
It now has a high level touring windscreen and a Givi top box with high level brake lights. (once I wire them in)
The one complaint I had about the bike was the slipstream used to hit me in the chest which meant I had to do my collar up and the rain didn’t get pushed off my visor unless I lowered my head more than was comfortable. The new screen pushes the slipstream up onto my visor where it should be.
Just need to have it serviced and two new tyres at the beginning of April and I will be ready for a 2000 mile round trip over 10 days. Should be fun.
